Vehicular Loop Detector Systems
Loop detectors and loops are strongly recommended on all automated vehicular gate applications to help prevent gates from closing on vehicles in the path of the gate.
Single and dual channel circuit boards available. Easy to install plug-in detectors (DKS Gate Operators only), and hard-wired detectors available. Pre-fabricated loops available, or form your own loops.

Help prevent gates from closing on vehicles. Loop detectors and loops are strongly recommended on all automated vehicular gate applications.

Loop Test Meter

  • Megohm meter measures loop insulation value up to 1000 megohms.
  • Meter range is 20 to 1000 megohms.
  • Operates on two C batteries.
  • Includes test leads and vinyl case.

  • 18 AWG, XLPE insulation.
  • Available in 500 and 1000 ft (152.4 and 304.8 m) rolls, black, blue and red.
  • Prefabricated loops also available.

    • Model 9411-010 DKS Single Channel Loop Detector with Auxiliary Relay (use with barrier operators to help prevent arm from lowering on personnel)
    • Model 9410-010 DKS Single Channel Loop Detector
    • Model 9409-010 DKS Two Channel Loop Detector
    • Model 9415-010 DKS Two Channel Loop Detector, low power draw.  Use with solar powered gate operators.
    • Model 9416-010 DKS Single Channel Loop Detector, low power draw.  Use with solar powered gate operators.
    • All of the above detectors plug directly into DKS gate operator control boards ‐ use with DKS gate operators only
    Reno A&E Loop Detectors
    • Model 9402‐045 Reno A&E 12/24 Volt DC or 24 Volt AC Loop Detector
    • Model 9402-047 Reno A&E 120 Volt AC Loop Detector
    • Reno A&E detectors have 2 relay outputs
    • Reno A&E detectors require 9402‐061 wire harness

     

    Carlo Gavazzi Loop Detectors
    • Model 9402‐044 Carlo Gavazzi 24 Volt AC or DC Loop Detector
    • Carlo Gavazzi detector ‐ 2 relay outputs
